Built from an established aviation operation
Our History
Altitude Parts began life as the parts division of Fly Alliance, a business aviation group with charter, management and maintenance operations. That division spent years supporting a live fleet — sourcing rotables, managing teardowns and keeping aircraft flying under real operational pressure.
In August 2026, the division was acquired from Fly Alliance and rebranded as Altitude Parts. The acquisition gave the business independence to grow beyond a single fleet, expanding into engine trading and investor-backed aircraft disassembly programs while keeping the inventory, systems and technical staff that made the original operation work.
Today Altitude Parts is owned by Kevin Wargo and Samantha Nunez, who lead the company's commercial and operational strategy from Florida.
