Export Controls
Aircraft parts and engines are controlled commodities. All transactions with Altitude Parts are subject to United States export control and sanctions law.
Last updated: August 2026
1. Applicable regulations
Material supplied by Altitude Parts may be subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR, 22 CFR 120–130) administered by the U.S. Department of State, the Export Administration Regulations (EAR, 15 CFR 730–774) administered by the U.S. Department of Commerce, and sanctions programs administered by the U.S. Treasury Department's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC).
2. No export without authorization
Buyer agrees not to export, re-export, transship or retransfer any material, technical data or documentation received from Altitude Parts, directly or indirectly, in violation of U.S. law — including to any restricted country, entity or individual, or for any prohibited end-use — without first obtaining all required U.S. Government authorizations.
3. Screening
Altitude Parts screens customers, consignees, intermediaries and end-users against U.S. restricted-party lists, including the Denied Persons List, Entity List, Unverified List, Debarred List and OFAC SDN List. We reserve the right to decline, suspend or cancel any quote, offer or order at any time on compliance grounds, without liability.
4. End-use documentation
For international shipments, and for domestic shipments where the ultimate destination is outside the United States, Buyer may be required to provide an end-user statement, aircraft registration or tail number, ultimate consignee details and, where applicable, a copy of the export license or license exception being relied upon. Orders will not ship until this documentation is complete and satisfactory.
5. Classification
Export classification (ECCN or USML category) is provided on request where known. Buyer remains the exporter of record for Ex Works shipments and is responsible for correct classification, filing and licensing for any onward movement of the material.
6. Prohibited destinations and end-uses
Material may not be supplied to, or used in, comprehensively sanctioned jurisdictions, nor for any military end-use in a prohibited destination, nor for any use connected with weapons of mass destruction, without specific U.S. Government authorization.
7. Buyer certification
By submitting a quote request, offer or purchase order, Buyer certifies that it is not a restricted party, is not acting on behalf of a restricted party, and will comply with all applicable export control, sanctions and anti-boycott laws. Buyer agrees to indemnify Altitude Parts against any loss or penalty arising from Buyer's non-compliance.
